week 2 in bali

After Ubud, we went to Sanur and stayed in a villa. It was really awesome there. The pool was really nice, the wifi was great and the TV was English instead of Balinese, the beds were really nice to sleep on. Once I and my dad were driving along and saw a big kite it was really long. I went to the mall and there was so much stuff and had a big supermarket most of the stuff there was 10x cheaper than in new Zealand the food in the supermarket looked really different. we went to the beach to go for a walk there was lots of rubbish there. after Sanur, we drove to Amed the drive was 3 hours we stop on the way and we fed some monkeys the monkeys were shyer and less aggressive I fed the boss after that I feel asleep the rest of the way when we arrived in Amed we went for a swim and went to sleep.

immersion/burning peanut

Peanut Energy Experiment Step one: We filled a science beaker with exactly 100ml's of water and measured the water temperature. It was 21 degrees.  Step two:  Then we lit a big candle in the sink. Step three: Then we used science tongs to hold a peanut over the flame of the candle. Step four: Once the peanut had caught on fire we took it out of the flame. We waited until the flame on the candle went out by itself. We timed how long it took for it to go out. Step five: Once the peanut was not on fire anymore we put it in a cup the water. We left it in the water for one minute. Step six: The last thing we did was we measured the water temperature again. The temperature went up to 24 degrees. The temperature rose 3 degrees from one burnt peanut.  We did another experiment after this with two burnt peanuts in the same water. The temperature of the water rose to 34 degrees.

adventure park

when we arrived I was so excited I really wanted to go on the luge but everyone wanted to go on the luge so I tried to be the first to the shuttle that takes you to the top of the hill. it was so fun going down on the first run after. I went to this movie spaceship thing that moves around. the movie wasn't that good but after this other movie place opened up and you would sit in a roller coaster thing that would move around, I watched a horror movie I screamed a lot. my highlight was everything my favorite was the luge. it so much fun racing I also loved the zip line. My challenge was trying to stay on track on the luge.

school ski trip.

Day one:  first got my carry on bag ready and went to school waited for everyone then said goodbye and went to the airport waited next got our bags checked at that moment we waited until we could get on the plane once we got on the plane I played games on my iPad when we landed we got our bags and got a supershuttle to YHA that's where we were staying after we went shopping for lunches before long we went back to the YHA settled into our dorms then some people got Dominos for dinner and some people got Freg burger, I got Ferg burger it was a good burger, 6/10 burger I have had way better burgers. After we all played Pictionary and Pieface I got cream all over my face, we got ready for bed and went to sleep. Day two: first got up had breakfast went to Coronet peak had a lesson rode some trails amazing day I was so tired tho got Ferg burger and went to sleep.
